Here you’ll find answers to frequently asked questions about how you can change any details to information about you and products you hold with Metfriendly.

How can I access my plan(s) online?

We are currently working to provide our members with the easiest way to securely manage their policies online. Please call or email our Member Services Team on 01689 891454 or email [email protected] and they will be able to assist.

How can I update my contact details?
Can I view the balance of my plan(s) online?

We are currently working to provide our members secure access to their plans online. Our Member Services Team can provide the balance of your plan(s) over the phone or via email. Please contact them on 01689 891454 or email [email protected] and they will be able to assist.

How can I change my ISA contributions?

Our Adjust My Monthly Payment page enables you to add or modify your monthly contributions or add the Metfriendly Escalator.

How can I take a payment holiday on an ISA?

Our Monthly, Junior and Lifetime ISAs allow you to start, stop and amend your contributions as and when you like. To request this please contact Member Services on 01689 891454 or email [email protected].

How can I make contributions by salary deduction or direct debit?
