It is our policy to contact our members within 7 calendar days of receipt to discuss their surrender request and ensure we have all the necessary information we need to process it.

*JISAs can only be withdrawn from the age 18, unless transferred to another JISA.
You can still pay into your plan(s) if you leave the Police or retire via direct debit, or for lump sums or initial payment, by bank transfer to us at:

It is possible to add additional lump sums into the following ISAs:
Monthly Savings, Junior, Lifetime and Lump Sum.
Should you wish to pay in less than minimum amounts contact Member Services on 01689 891454.
You can transfer either your ISA or a Child Trust Fund (CTF) to Metfriendly by completing the transfer form, signing and returning it to us.
If you have a G5YSP or long-term savings plan that is due to pay out, you can reinvest all or part into another Metfriendly product such as one of our ISAs. Please contact the Member Services Team on 01689 891454 to find out more.
