Once again we’ve produced our calendar in support of the London Retired Police Dogs Trust (LRPD).
Ahead of the Paris 2024 summer Olympics, the 2024 calendar introduces 12 more fabulous retired service dogs who visited some of the iconic venues used when London hosted the games back in 2012.
ALL proceeds go to LRPD
All the money raised goes directly to the LRPD to help them to continue all the good work they do to help Retired Police Dogs following years of service and loyalty “on the beat” and support their handlers with their veterinary bills.
Phil Wells, the co-founder of the London Retired Police Dogs Trust said:

Having the Metfriendly team selling LRPD merchandise at events and the calendar sales has really made a significant difference to the level of funds available to the charity. This support has a direct impact on the charity’s ability to fund the medical costs of retired Police dogs.
Many of us are feeling the effect of the cost-of-living crisis and for those with ex-service dogs facing the costs of medication or expensive operations that insurance pay-outs can’t cover, finances can get particularly tough. It’s heart-warming to see a financial services company care so much about the things we do, but that’s because Metfriendly are one of us – they are Police Family, and their 130 year heritage says it all. The difference that Metfriendly has made to the lives of these dogs and their owners has been huge.”
