How it works
As a Metfriendly Income Protection customer if you have been affected by a serious health condition, whether mental or physical, you can call a Personal Nurse Adviser for long term practical help and emotional support.
This free service, provided by our partner RedArc, is available whether you have made a claim on the plan or not. RedArc’s dedicated nurses are on hand to listen, answer questions and offer guidance when you need it most. They also have the authority to refer to a specialist nurse or arrange a series of counselling or therapy sessions where appropriate. This is free of charge.
